Good lighting changes how a room feels and how a house looks from the street. We install recessed and track lighting, chandeliers, ceiling fans, under-cabinet LEDs, dimmers and smart switches, plus outdoor and landscape lighting.
Every fixture gets a properly rated box, the right wire and a switch layout that makes sense. If you are replacing old fixtures, we check the existing wiring before we hang anything heavy.

Common questions
Can you add recessed lights without an attic?
Yes. Remodel-style housings and slim LED wafers install from below with minimal drywall work.
Can a ceiling fan go where a light is now?
Only with a fan-rated box. We replace the box and brace it so the fan is safe and does not wobble.
Do you supply the fixtures?
Either way. Bring your own fixtures or we can recommend and supply them.
